Subscription Plans

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Defective or Damaged Products

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
This right does not apply to products that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.

2. Conditions for Returns

Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or delivered in error.
Please include your order number and contact details with your return.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the issue before approving a return or replacement.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Subscription Terms

1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to all subscription plans for Superpawa products. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

2. Subscription Agreement

A subscription is a recurring purchase of Superpawa products delivered at the frequency selected during checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
You authorise Superpawa to automatically charge your selected payment method for each renewal period.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed on the billing date specified at checkout.
The amount charged will include product price, VAT (if applicable), and shipping fees.
If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is received.

4. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices.
Any price change will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Changes to Your Subscription

You may pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
To avoid being charged for the next delivery, changes must be made at least [X days] before your next scheduled billing date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect after the current billing period; you will still receive any orders already paid for.

7. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped, except for defective or damaged products (see our Return Policy).
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to your first subscription order; subsequent deliveries are considered ongoing services and are not eligible for withdrawal unless defective.

8. Delivery & Availability

Delivery times and shipping fees are as stated on our website.
In the rare case a product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or delay.

9. Governing Law
